Brilliant’s rotary bottle washer is compact, highly efficient, and elegant in look. It has many functional features as per GMP standard to wash containers made of glass, plastic, or other material. The machine operates on the rotary principle with a GENEVA mechanism and requires manually loading and unloading of bottles.
The bottles are placed in an inverted position in the cups. The external cleaning of the bottles is done by spraying showers. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of the timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirements.
